Delete your account

Deletion is permanent, it is available to everyone, and it does not require talking to anyone first.

In the app

1. Open Settings.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Confirm.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email [email protected] from the address on the account. We may need to verify your identity via your account before acting on the request.

What is removed

Your account and all synced data — workouts, food log, body metrics, habits, points, settings and progress photos — are permanently removed from our servers, and local data is cleared from the device.

The one exception

If you submitted an exercise to the shared community catalog and it was approved and published, that catalog entry is de-identified and remains available to other users after your account is deleted.

Before you go

Export is free and takes a moment: Settings → Privacy & Data writes your workouts, food log and weight history to CSV. Deleted data cannot be recovered afterwards.
